Aluminum plate: Aluminum plate is a steel plate coated with aluminum silicon alloy, with an aluminum content of 90% and silicon content of 10%.

Aluminum zinc plate: The surface coating of aluminum zinc plate is composed of 55% aluminum, 43.5% zinc, and a small amount of other elements.

Galvanized sheet: Galvanized sheet refers to a steel plate coated with a layer of zinc on its surface.

The difference between galvanized sheet and aluminized zinc sheet:

55% aluminum zinc alloy coated aluminum zinc steel plate has superior corrosion resistance compared to galvanized steel plate of the same thickness when exposed to the same environment on both sides. 55% aluminum zinc alloy coated aluminum zinc steel plate not only has good corrosion resistance, but also color coated products have excellent adhesion and flexibility.

The difference between galvanized sheet and aluminum zinc sheet mainly lies in the difference in coating. The surface of galvanized sheet is evenly distributed with a layer of zinc material, which plays an anode protection role on the base metal. That is to say, the alternative corrosion of zinc material protects the use of the base metal. Only when the zinc is completely corroded can it damage the base metal inside.

The surface coating of aluminized zinc plate is composed of 55% aluminum, 43.5% zinc, and a small amount of other elements. At the micro level, the surface of aluminized zinc coating is a honeycomb structure, and the "honeycomb" composed of aluminum contains zinc. In this case, although the aluminized zinc coating also serves as anode protection, on the one hand, due to the reduction of zinc content, and on the other hand, the anode protection effect is greatly reduced because the zinc material is wrapped in aluminum and is not easy to electrolyze, Therefore, once the aluminum zinc plate is cut, it will quickly rust when the cut edges are basically unprotected. Therefore, the aluminum zinc plate should be cut as little as possible, and once cut, anti rust paint or zinc rich paint should be applied to protect the edges, in order to extend the service life of the plate.

The full name of aluminum plated steel plate is "hot-dip aluminum plated steel plate", which is similar to hot-dip galvanized steel plate in terms of manufacturing process. But its heat resistance is better than galvanized steel plate. Aluminum plated plates have the following 5 characteristics:

1. High temperature resistance: Due to the specific combination of steel plate substrate and coating structure, an iron aluminum alloy is formed, which makes the aluminum plated plate have excellent high temperature resistance. At 450 ℃, extremely high reflectivity can be guaranteed. At temperatures above 480 ℃, the appearance of the coating turns gray. At temperatures as high as 650 ℃, the protective layer against oxidation of the steel plate remains intact without any detachment.

2. Thermal Reflectivity: At a high temperature of 480 degrees Celsius, the aluminum plated plate can reflect 80% of the incoming heat. Therefore, aluminum plated plates can be made into efficient insulation barriers or heat reflectors in high-temperature applications, which rapidly increase the temperature inside the furnace through effective heat reflection.

3. Mechanical strength: At room temperature, the mechanical strength of the aluminum plated plate is consistent with the mechanical strength of its substrate. At the same high temperature of 480 ℃, the strength of aluminum plated steel plate is 10 times that of aluminum plate, so the thickness of the steel plate can be reduced by at least 30%.

4. Corrosion resistance: During the hot dip plating process, molten aluminum immediately reacts with oxygen in the air to form an Al2O3 protective layer, which immediately passivates the surface of the steel plate. This protective layer is very stable and insoluble in water, and even if the surface of the steel plate is later scratched, this protective layer still has self-healing function. Therefore, aluminum plated plates have strong corrosion resistance to chemical corrosion.

5. Ecological characteristics: Aluminum plated plates without chemical passivation have no impact on health and can therefore be used for food processing. Many professional testing reports have confirmed that it is an environmentally friendly product that is harmless to the human body. The aluminum plated plate can be completely recycled. Aluminum plated plates can be comparable to stainless steel, but the price is only about one-third that of stainless steel.

Aluminum plated plates are generally used for:
1. Car, motorcycle muffler, exhaust pipe, fuel tank.
2. Combustion furnaces, heat exchangers, dryers, air conditioners, etc.
3. Household water heaters, gas stoves, bread boxes, chimneys, microwaves, food processing machinery, electric ovens, and cooking utensils.
It can also be used for building covers, walls, ceilings, and other insulation components.

Galvanized sheet is generally used for:
Construction industry: light steel keel, corrugated board, ventilation duct, floor load-bearing plate, activity room, factory roof and body, municipal engineering fence.
Used as a substrate for downstream products
Home appliance industry: The shell and bottom plate of home appliance products such as air conditioners, refrigerators, washing machines, microwaves, water heaters, computer cases, etc.
Automotive industry: body, outer panel, inner panel, bottom panel, door, etc.
Other industries: storage and transportation, packaging, granaries, chimneys, buckets, ship bulkheads, etc.

Aluminum zinc plated plates are generally used for:
Buildings: roofs, walls, garages, soundproof walls, pipelines, and modular houses.
Cars: mufflers, exhaust pipes, wiper accessories, fuel tanks, truck boxes, etc.
Household appliances: refrigerator backboard, gas stove, air conditioner, electronic microwave oven, LCD frame, CRT explosion-proof belt, LED backlight, electrical cabinet, etc. Agricultural use: pig house, chicken house, granary, greenhouse pipes, etc.
Others: heat insulation cover, heat exchanger, dryer, water heater, etc.
